Lagonda Machine is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant.

For this position you will be:

Answering the phone, doing filing, working with purchase orders and customer quotes. Sending out material quotes is also a big part of this job.
You will be responsible for making shop orders & packing slips.
Occasionally you will be shipping parts via UPS and at times calling to schedule a truck for pick up.
You will be thoroughly trained to use our in house computer software program.
Training will be provided for all aspects of this position, however, it is necessary for you to have phone skills as well as general office and computer skills and a willingness to learn.
High attention to detail is required for this job.
Mon-Fri, approximately 4 hours per day. 10am - 2.00pm.
Good pay, based on experience.
